SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We use standard shipping via Australia Post, you’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
If you need something ASAP we also offer Australia Post Express Delivery!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you've had a change of mind, you're welcome to request a product swap or a credit note. Refunds are only issued for items that are faulty or not fit for purpose.

All returned items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, in their bag, and with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error.
Credit notes are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us right away. We'll replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
