BLANCH 50K GIVEAWAY — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is BLANCH Wear (“BLANCH”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
2. Promotion Period
The BLANCH 50K Giveaway opens at 10:00am AEST on 13 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 20 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of BLANCH Wear, and any person directly involved in conducting or determining the winners of the promotion, are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

Follow @blanchwear on Instagram;

Like the BLANCH 50K Giveaway post; and
-
Leave a comment on the giveaway post tagging one other Instagram account.
Each separate eligible comment tagging a different person will count as one entry.
Entrants may submit multiple entries, provided each entry complies with these Terms & Conditions.
Duplicate comments tagging the same person may be treated as one entry.
Entrants must maintain their Instagram account and continue following @blanchwear until the winners have been verified.
Entries that are incomplete, automated, fraudulent, offensive or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid.
5. Prize
There are two prizes available.
Each winner will receive one BLANCH digital gift voucher valued at AUD $1,000.
The total prize pool is AUD $2,000.
Each voucher may be redeemed at BLANCH Wear subject to the applicable gift voucher conditions.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
Any costs associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection
This is a game of chance.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
Two winners will be selected at random on Monday 21 September 2026 at 5:00pm AEST.
The first two valid entries drawn will each win one AUD $1,000 BLANCH digital gift voucher.
Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified in writing via Instagram direct message from the official @blanchwear account.
BLANCH may publicly announce the winners via the @blanchwear Instagram account and/or on the BLANCH website.
Entrants should be aware of impersonation or scam accounts. BLANCH will never ask a winner to provide credit card or payment information in order to claim a prize.
8. Claiming the Prize
Winners must respond to BLANCH within 14 days of being notified and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and deliver the prize.
BLANCH will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, BLANCH may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.
Any redraw will be conducted using the same random selection process as the original draw.
9. Verification
BLANCH reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
BLANCH may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or engages in conduct that BLANCH reasonably considers to be fraudulent, misleading or inappropriate.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway, verifying entrants, contacting winners and awarding the prizes.
Entrant information will not be added to BLANCH marketing email or SMS lists solely as a result of entering this giveaway.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the BLANCH Privacy Policy.
11. Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility relating to the promotion.
Entrants are responsible for complying with Instagram’s applicable terms of use.
12. General
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
BLANCH reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the promotion if circumstances outside BLANCH’s reasonable control prevent the promotion from being conducted as planned.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
BLANCH’s decisions in relation to the administration of the promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
